From the patio, there is a separate entrance to both the larger bedroom or the smaller bedoom. The larger bedroom features a queen bed, television and an antique armoire.The smaller bedroom is decorated with two twin Victorian beds, a wicker chair, built in drawers, and a television. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a pedestal sink.

The Robert Motherwell Suite is located on the second floor at the top of the original turn stair case. The cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed with a unique hanging light fixture. One of the windows is a small hinged two over two pane window. The floor is the original pine wide board flooring. The adjoining sitting room has a daybed perfect for reading your favorite book or watching your favorite television show. These rooms have a fully-tiled bathroom with full-size tub.

The Edward Hopper Room is a master bedroom located on the second floor complete with original fireplace. This room is wallpapered in a lovely dark green floral pattern and it boasts a beautiful queen sleigh bed. There is a unique hand-stenciled painted rug located by the entrance to the private tiled bath with shower. The floors are wide-board pine with beautiful rugs throughout.

Cancellations made later will be refunded only if your room is re-rented for the entire reserved period minus the $25 handling fee.
